SEC.04 //Conditions

Keeping your
warranty valid.

A few simple expectations. By booking a course that includes the warranty, you agree to them.

  1. Attend & take part

    Arrive on time, complete all required training and pass the practical assessments.

  2. Engage with the course

    Make a reasonable effort with the course content and your training.

  3. Retake in good time

    Book and sit any retake within the reasonable timeframe set by the academy.

  4. Attend what you agree

    Missing a confirmed retake, or arriving late, may result in the warranty being withdrawn.

  5. Respect the course

    The warranty may be withdrawn for non-attendance, lateness, misconduct or not meeting course requirements.

  6. Included where stated

    It applies only to courses and packages where it is stated as included.

The best warranty is preparation.

Exams are taken digitally, so each learner may sit a different version. Work through our free mock exams for every unit, before your exam and before any retake.

Does my booking include the warranty?

It applies to courses and packages where it is stated as included. If you are unsure, message us with your name and course and we will confirm.

Which exams does it cover?

Theory (multiple-choice) exams only. Practical assessments are not covered.

What happens after the two covered attempts?

Any further attempts are charged at £50 per exam.

How should I prepare for a retake?

Revisit the unit you didn’t pass and work through every free mock exam for it until you are answering every question correctly. We will help you prepare too.

Can the warranty be withdrawn?

Yes. ASA may withdraw it for non-attendance, lateness, misconduct, or not meeting training or course requirements.
